Volunteer Recruiter | view full description
The volunteer recruiter provides basic capacity building services to community partners. They actively recruit students or community members into volunteer positions, but generally do not provide additional support to volunteers. This member may provide direct services if the services enhance the program model.
Volunteer Manager | view full description
The volunteer manager provides enhanced capacity building services specific to developing effective volunteer management practices. They actively recruit volunteers and manage volunteer activities as well. This may include coordinating service activities, providing training or supervision, or recognizing volunteer efforts.
Capacity Specialist | view full description
The capacity specialist provides capacity building services specific to community needs. They utilize knowledge from their academic background and apply those highly sought after skills to improve the capacity of a community partner. The duties performed in this position must be selected from the capacity specialist member duties list.
ICAP Leader | view full description
The ICAP Leader Position provides students with the opportunity to serve as a leader. This position is available to all service commitment levels and all duties must perform in addition to services provided to a community partner or campus department. An ICAP member cannot only serve as an ICAP leader.
